The ideal applicant is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is just as comfortable working independently as they are collaborating as part of a team. This individual must be available to work extended hours and weekends throughout busy seasons. Prior experience operating tractors and semis is preferred. CDL is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include:
Operating farm equipment
Hauling grain
Assisting in equipment maintenance and repairs
Helping out in all areas of farm work as needed
