Pursuing the highest quality grain operations in Shelby County, Ohio since 1987.
Family owned and operated, Mann Farms produces corn and soybeans in west central Ohio. Originally established by Dave and Patty Mann as a dairy farm, Mann Farms transitioned to row crop production of corn and soybeans in 2008. Since then, Mann Farms has continuously expanded its grain operations while maintaining a commitment to excellence, ethical and honest production practices, and mindful environmental stewardship. Now, Dave and Patty are continuing their legacy of sustainable and responsible farming with the help of the next generation of farmers, including their children, Shelby Fite and Chris Mann, and son-in-law Ethan Fite.

Dave Mann
As Mann Farm’s owner and operator, Dave oversees all activity on the farm. While he is responsible for overseeing the entire operation, he loves to remain hands-on during planting and harvesting as an operator. He has been crop farming all of his life, and it is his passion.
Patty Mann
Patty brings care, attention to detail, and depth of knowledge to our farm management office. As someone who finds joy in the variety of work and opportunity to spend time outdoors at Mann Farms, she also stays close to the action through running farm equipment. She has spent years on state and national boards advocating for corn growers.
Chris Mann
Chris holds a certification in Agriculture and Diesel Technology from the University of Northwestern Ohio, a background which supports his role in overseeing all mechanical repairs and managing equipment for the farm, while also serving as a skilled equipment operator.
Shelby Fite
With a masters degree in Crop Sciences from the University of Illinois and a Certified Crop Advisor's license, Shelby is passionate about increasing the efficiency of all farm operations. She employs her expertise when determining inputs, placing seed on the correct acre, as well as while operating machinery.
Ethan Fite
Ethan, Shelby’s husband, has earned a degree in Agronomy from Wilmington College. Combined with his background in soybean research and his work as a commercial applicator, he brings a wide range and mastery of skills to the farm, where he advances the use of precision agriculture technology while also playing the role of an operator.
